An Insane Amount of Work

I'm toying with the idea of jumping into an insane amount of work - with no guarantee of making any money - a graphic novel.  Yes, I know it is a "me too" idea, but I like the idea of telling stories as opposed to just trying to make a single piece of artwork or illustration.  Im not sure if this is going to be something really good or a colossal waste of time.  Here is a snapshot of some of the panels.  Hint - yes it has zombies in it, what respectable graphic novel is without Zombies?

Sometimes caricature artists instincts for what is funny need to be slimmed down before a client will accept the work.  After my second try she said "Thank You So much, Chris! I am absolutely thrilled with the drawing and so excited to give it to him! I really appreciate your patience with me and can’t thank you enough!!!"
